Service it s incredible slow, it s 1 month that i wait from 15 minut to up for have an american coffee that is already made and a sandweech that it s aready made as well! I have 30 minut break and belive it or not it is not enought to get my breakfast! I don t wont to imagine how long would take a cappuccino o something harder to make! Breakfast MUST be fast, everybody has somewhere to be in the morning and most of the time i can t eat my breakfast because i spend to much time waiting for get it!!! Workers look like they need a coffee , they look tired already at 10.00 am, and also they seems do not like when people is in rush! Basically i mdisturbing them with my rushing! Unbelivble

Ok, I come here on a sunday afternoon, place looks packed, nonetheless service is fast. There is nowhere to sit since space is limited. Other than that I think it is the average starbucks but I would not come and study here since it seems noisy most of the time

Ordered an iced caramel macchiato. The service was fast. The barista seemed busy on her phone before she realized she had to make my drink.... The caramel macchiato lacked the CARAMEL. They added whipped cream to the top of the drink with a drizzle of caramel. But there was no CARAMEL INSIDE- so it's just an iced coffee with some whipped cream and a drizzle of caramel on top. Disappointed with this location...

Friendly staff, expected starbucks quality products, but I had to take two stars off because of how noticable dirty the place was. My table was dirty (sticky and stained....gross) and it looked as if they hadnt ever vacuumed/swept in ages. They could do a little better. This starbucks is located in the pembroke lanes mall. Note: this is a heavy traffic area and a relatively small starbucks.
